I know its not a card and really I will make some soon - with Christmas fast approaching I better!
Anyway I've spent two days being taught how to make chocolates at work so I thought I would share some of the chocolates I made. The techniques I learnt included tempering the chocolate by hand (many times!), enrobing by hand, making aerated chocolate, moulding wafer in chocolate as well as making shell cases and then filling them with flavoured ganache. The results don't all look great but they do taste nice, not so keen on the smoked cheese flavour one of the other girls chose!
